About these terms
These terms cover your use of the Slavuku Productions website and enquiry services, including Nova Castings enquiries submitted through this site. Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information you are authorized to share.
Enquiries and bookings
Submitting a form is a request for contact or a quote, not a confirmed booking or reservation. Availability, scope, pricing, deposits, payment schedules, cancellations, and delivery terms are confirmed separately in your service agreement. A quote or written agreement governs the services you book.
Equipment rentals
Published equipment prices are per piece, per event. An additional $150 Event Technician Fee applies per event for setup, operation, and takedown. CO₂ gas is not included and must be supplied by the renter. Confetti cannon rentals include 4 lbs of confetti. Venue requirements and final arrangements are confirmed before booking.
Portfolio and website use
Images, videos, branding, and other site content belong to their respective owners. Viewing the portfolio does not grant permission to reproduce or commercially use the work. Do not misuse the forms, submit spam, or attempt unauthorized access.
SMS Terms
The Slavuku Productions SMS program provides enquiry alerts to business personnel who have opted in. Alerts may include a prospective client’s contact information and requested services. Message frequency varies with enquiry activity. Message and data rates may apply. Customer enquiry submission alone does not enroll a customer in this SMS program, and consent to SMS is not a condition of purchasing services.
SMS opt-out and support
Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS messages. For assistance, contact slavukuproductions@gmail.com. You may also reply HELP for messaging help. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS delivery depends on network availability and carrier approval; do not rely on texts for emergencies. See our Privacy Policy for information about data and SMS consent.
Availability and external services
We aim to keep the website and notifications working reliably, but access and message delivery may be interrupted. Third-party websites and services have their own terms. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
