Slavuku Productions, based in Hartford, Connecticut, provides marketing, content creation, videography, equipment rental, and entertainment services. This policy covers this website and inquiries, including Nova Castings dancer inquiries handled through the site.

Information we collect

When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, email address, phone number, location, requested services, and any business, event, scheduling, or project details you provide. We also process technical information needed to operate and secure the site, such as request information, delivery status, and temporary hashed network identifiers used to limit spam. If you separately opt in to SMS, we may retain your consent and messaging preferences.

How we use information

We use your information to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, coordinate availability and services, maintain inquiry records, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot delivery. Inquiry details may be included in private email and SMS alerts to our business so we can follow up. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to promotional texts.

SMS privacy

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Service providers and sharing

We use service providers to host the website, store inquiries, and deliver notifications, including Sites hosting infrastructure, FormSubmit for email, and Twilio for SMS. They process information as needed to provide those services. We may share relevant event details and contact information with a requested or matched DJ or performer to arrange your requested service, or disclose information when legally required. SMS consent is not transferred to other businesses for their marketing.

Media and external websites

Portfolio media may load from external services such as Instagram or Google Drive. Your browser may share technical information, including your IP address, with those services when loading their content. External links are governed by the destination’s privacy policy.

Retention, security, and your choices

We keep inquiry information as needed to handle your request, maintain business records, and meet applicable obligations. We use access controls and private server-side credentials, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your information, or to withdraw communication consent. Some records may need to be retained for legal or operational reasons.

Guest gallery accounts and downloads

We collect your name, email address and contact phone number when you create a guest account. Supabase handles password authentication and email confirmation; Namecheap Private Email delivers account emails. Your phone number is not verified and no guest verification or marketing texts are sent. We store guest profiles, download requests, usage agreements and separately chosen email preferences in our Sites-hosted database. Video files are stored in private Sites-managed Cloudflare storage.

Gallery access ends 90 days after publication. A daily maintenance job removes expired hosted previews, posters and download copies. Original production recordings are separate. Account records are retained while your account remains active; contact help@slavukuproductions.com to request deletion of your account or a clip showing you. We verify account ownership before fulfilling deletion requests. Security rate-limit records expire and are cleared daily.

Creating an account or downloading a clip does not subscribe you to promotional email or SMS. Email subscriptions are optional and can be withdrawn through your account preferences or by contacting us. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

AI service concierge

If you use Ask Slavuku, your question and recent chat messages are sent to Cloudflare Workers AI to generate a response. Please do not enter passwords, payment details or other sensitive information. We do not save chat transcripts in our website database. We keep temporary hashed network identifiers and request counts to prevent abuse and limit usage; these expire and are cleared daily. Cloudflare processes requests under its own applicable service and privacy terms. AI responses are informational; our team confirms quotes, availability and bookings.

Daily website statistics

We count page views and estimate daily visitors using a temporary keyed hash of your network address and browser information. We do not store the original network address or browser information in the analytics tables, set analytics cookies, or collect page query strings. Identifiers change each day in the America/New_York time zone and expire after 48 hours; aggregate daily totals remain. Counts may combine visitors sharing a network or split visitors using different browsers. We respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals and exclude known automated clients. These counts are estimates, not an exact count of people.
